Most orders are processed and shipped within a few business days. Some items — like prints, apparel, and digital products — may be fulfilled through different production partners, which can affect timing slightly.

Delivery Times

Shipping times vary based on your location and the type of product you ordered. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Multiple Shipments

Because different products are created and fulfilled separately, your order may arrive in more than one package. This is normal and helps ensure everything is produced with the highest quality.

International Shipping

Desert North ships worldwide. International delivery times and shipping rates will vary depending on your region.

 

Digital Downloads

Instant Access

Digital products are delivered immediately after checkout. You’ll receive a download link by email, and you can also access your files through your customer account if you created one.

Non‑Refundable

Because digital files are delivered instantly, they are non‑refundable. If you ever have trouble accessing your files, I’ll make sure you get what you purchased.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Physical Products

If something isn’t right, I’ll do my best to make it right. Physical items can be returned or exchanged within a reasonable window as long as they’re unused and in original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me with your order number and a photo of the issue. I’ll take care of it quickly and make sure you receive a replacement.

Custom Items

Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
